Site plans for Epstein's secluded Caribbean island among the released materials.
Also featured in this new document drop is shown to be a site plan for the Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
Epstein purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had drawn up development schemes to build upon the sprawling island by building living quarters, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
You can see the blueprint is a local waterway, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is covered in notations in red and includes a key identifying various parts of the land.
Alongside this are what seem to be nine other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, including designs for marina coverings.
